A connection with Belfast City Council

Four of Michael’s paintings are displayed in Belfast City Council offices. He has recently completed a painting of Belfast City Hall at the council’s request, with handover awaiting confirmation.

This records Michael’s artistic history and does not imply a formal council endorsement.
